The objective is to consolidate and optimize the existing infrastructure, which already has an advance in rough construction, to enhance the technical educational offer of the department. Technical and Engineering Components The study has covered basic engineering and feasibility evaluation. Key technical components include: Structural Pathology Study: Evaluation of existing concrete to identify damage and propose reinforcements that guarantee safety and the useful life of the building. Geotechnical Soil Study: Characterization of the subsoil for the optimal design of foundations and the stability of new structures. High-Precision Topographic Survey: Generation of a digital model of the terrain to define project levels and the correct insertion of new designs. Environmental Impact Study (EIA) and Environmental Record (FA): Identification of environmental impacts and development of mitigation plans, ensuring regulatory compliance. Market and Socioeconomic Study: Analysis of technical labor demand and educational offer to validate the relevance of the academic offer. Functional Architectural Design: Proposal for spatial distribution for specialized classrooms, laboratories, workshops, and administrative areas, optimizing functionality and the learning environment.
