CONSTRUCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONDITIONING UNIT OF SEEDS UAS - TARIJA
General Description
This project consists of the construction and assembly of a complete agroindustrial plant on a 17,000 m² plot of land strategically located next to the international highway to Argentina. The plant is designed to carry out the integral processing of seeds, covering the stages of cleaning, drying, size classification (with a standardizer), density separation (using three densimetric tables), weighing and storage. The internal transportation system will be based on ten bucket elevators that will feed the different processing equipment. The bulk storage capacity will be ensured by four 100-ton silos each, complemented by a 50-ton dispatch silo to speed up distribution. For the conservation of special batches, a cold room with environmental control will be included. The plant will also have a truck scale for weight control in reception and dispatch. Additionally, support facilities will be built, including administrative offices, personnel housing, a dining room and kitchen, toilet blocks and a laboratory equipped for seed quality control. The final product of the plant will be conditioned seeds, i.e., clean, with the right level of humidity, uniformly classified, accurately weighed and stored in optimal conditions for subsequent marketing.

Este proyecto consiste en la construcción y montaje de una planta agroindustrial completa en un terreno de 17,000 m² ubicado estratégicamente junto a la carretera internacional hacia Argentina. La planta está diseñada para llevar a cabo el procesamiento integral de semillas, abarcando las etapas de limpieza, secado, clasificación por tamaño (con una padronizadora), separación por densidad (mediante tres mesas densimétricas), pesaje y almacenamiento. El sistema de transporte interno se basará en diez elevadores de cangilones que alimentarán los distintos equipos de procesamiento. La capacidad de almacenamiento a granel se asegurará mediante cuatro silos de 100 toneladas cada uno, complementados por un silo de expedición de 50 toneladas para agilizar la distribución. Para la conservación de lotes especiales, se incluirá una cámara de frío con control ambiental. La planta también contará con una balanza camionera para el control de peso en la recepción y despacho. Adicionalmente, se construirán instalaciones de apoyo que incluyen oficinas administrativas, viviendas para el personal, un comedor y cocina, bloques de baños y un laboratorio equipado para el control de calidad de las semillas. El producto final de la planta serán semillas acondicionadas, es decir, limpias, con el nivel de humedad adecuado, clasificadas uniformemente, pesadas con precisión y almacenadas en condiciones óptimas para su posterior comercialización.
